• Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Our projects are located in various areas, and being able to arrive on time is crucial for our daily workflow and project timelines. We count on our team to be punctual and ready to work.

• Legal Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the United States. We follow all federal and state regulations and require valid documentation to confirm your eligibility for employment.

• Clean Record: We require that all applicants have no felony convictions. Our clients trust us to work in their homes and businesses, and maintaining that trust is our top priority. A clean record is essential for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and their property.

What You'll Do: Your Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you'll be an essential part of every project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform painting duties, including prepping surfaces, painting, and cleanup.

• Follow instructions from the team leader.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

• Pay: Starting pay is $18 per hour during a 90-day probationary period. After this period, your pay will be re-evaluated within a range of $18-$23 per hour, based on your performance and skills.
